Xiaobei is a lead IT architect with the NCS Group. She is passionate about technology and has been involved in projects ranging from desktop clients and web applications to highly scalable distributed systems and service-oriented architectures. She advises on and shapes solutions: defining, delivering and assuring that the chosen architecture is fit for purpose. Xiaobei is one of the Pioneer MCSDs for .NET worldwide. On top of that, she is also a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist for Biztalk and a Certified Project Management Professional. Her current focus is to leverage VSTS and Software Factory to build connected systems with WCF, Workflow, and BizTalk.
Linda is the Architect Evangelist with Microsoft Singapore. She has more than 13 years of extensive IT experience on management, consulting, evangelism, architecture design/review, pre-sales engagement and systems integration in the areas of SOA, Web 2.0, e-business/e-commerce and enterprise application integration (EAI). In her current role, she drives thought leadership and adoption in SOA, Software+Services, Web 2.0 and other emerging technologies to enterprise customers and partners on the Microsoft platform.
Based in Singapore, Alvin works as a Solution Architect with a large MNC and is lover of technology. During his sparetime, Alvin is actively involved in running the Singapore .NET User Group (SGDOTNET - http://community.sgdotnet.org). His areas of interests includes web services, ASP.NET, Agile Development specifically to TDD and BizTalk.If you reside in this region (South East Asia) and wish to find some technology buddies to have some hands on on Extreme Programming and true-blue TDD practises, you're welcome to drop him an email at microlau_at_sgdotnet_dot_org.
Quah Hak Teng is a Developer Tools Technology Specialist at Microsoft based in Singapore, specializing in Visual Studio Team System. He is with the Developer & Platform Evangelism group and is responsible for creating and meeting the demand for Microsoft Developer Tools in the South East Asia region. Quah has more than 11 years of industrial experience. He specializes in Operation Systems and Application Development Platforms. Prior to Microsoft, he was a Developer Consultant and Technology Evangelist at Sun Microsystems and Red Hat.
Kian is responsible for the BizTalk & Host Integration range of products, and spearheading the Microsoft's SOA, RFID, BPM, and LOB Adapter Packs go-to-market for the APAC, India, Japan and Greater China regions. In 2004, he joined Microsoft Asia-Pacific as an Enterprise Technology Strategist for EPG Compete / CATM, serviing as subject matter expert and field advisor for the Microsoft Application Platform technology, with specialization on Integration, SOA, and strategic field surround programs like SAP, Mainframe, and other key LOB applications.
